Where do I find my Account ID? ▼
Your Account ID (format: CF-XXXXXXXX) is shown in the sidebar of your dashboard, just below your name. It was generated automatically when you created your account.
My trial expired. Will I lose my data? ▼
No. All your data — clients, appointments, settings — is preserved even after your trial expires. Once you subscribe to a plan, everything will be exactly as you left it.
How do I set up automatic WhatsApp reminders? ▼
Go to Settings in your dashboard and scroll to the "WhatsApp Messaging" section. You will need a WhatsApp Business account connected through the Meta Business Manager. The section explains every step in detail, including why WhatsApp is 95% easier to set up than traditional SMS.
Can I change my plan? ▼
Yes. Go to Billing in your dashboard to see available plans and upgrade. If you need to downgrade or cancel, contact us via this support page.
I added clients but they are not showing up. What do I do? ▼
Make sure you are logged in to the correct account. Each account has its own isolated database — clients added to one account are never visible in another. If the issue persists, contact support with your Account ID.
Is my data safe when I log out? ▼
Yes. All your data is saved automatically to your account's secure storage every time you make a change. Logging out only ends your session — your clients, appointments, and settings are always preserved and will be there when you log back in.
