2. How Your Data Is Stored

CleanFlow uses a hybrid storage model:

• Local storage (browser): Client lists, appointments, and settings are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
• Server storage: Account credentials, subscription status, and WhatsApp conversation state are stored on our secure servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Send appointment reminders to your clients via WhatsApp and WhatsApp on your behalf
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through PayPal
• Send you service-related notifications and updates
• Respond to your support requests and questions
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

4. WhatsApp Messaging

CleanFlow uses the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta) to send appointment reminders to your clients. Messages are sent only to phone numbers you provide and only when you trigger them. We do not use client phone numbers for any purpose other than sending appointment-related communications on your behalf.

By using these features, you confirm that you have obtained proper consent from your clients to receive messages.

5. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by PayPal. We store only your PayPal subscription ID to manage your account status. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account information, or other sensitive financial data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• PayPal — for subscription billing and payment processing
• Meta Platforms — for WhatsApp Business API message delivery
• Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and data storage
• Law enforcement — when required by applicable law

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, data is retained for 90 days before deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting our support team.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
