These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CleanFlow ("Service"), operated by CleanFlow Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CleanFlow is a business management platform designed for cleaning service professionals. The Service includes tools for client management, appointment scheduling, WhatsApp reminders, route planning, and subscription billing management.
To use CleanFlow, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Your data is preserved during and after the trial.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your PayPal account on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription plans and pricing:

CleanFlow enables you to send automated WhatsApp messages to your clients. By using these features, you represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service.
Your use of CleanFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Client data you enter into CleanFlow (names, phone numbers, addresses) is stored locally in your browser. We do not have access to your client data unless you explicitly share it with us.
The CleanFlow platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by CleanFlow Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEANFLOW TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CleanFlow Technologies LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting our support team.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
